A Name Built on Trust and Quality

Fatema Construction and Consultant Firm was established in 2020 by a team of experienced civil engineers with a clear goal: to deliver quality construction and consultancy services that Dhaka clients can rely on. What began as a structural design consultancy has grown into a full-service construction firm.

Today, our portfolio spans residential buildings, commercial complexes, road projects, and renovation works in Dhaka. With a focused team of 12 dedicated professionals — including licensed engineers and project managers — we are driven by our founding commitment: building structures that stand the test of time.

We operate in compliance with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and are registered with the Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

2020

Company Founded

Fatema Construction and Consultant Firm established in Dhaka. First office opened in Dhaka 1216, focusing on structural consultancy and small residential projects.

2021

First Major Project

Successfully completed our first significant multi-storey residential building — establishing our reputation for quality and on-time delivery among Dhaka clients.

2022

Expanded Service Range

Launched dedicated interior design and project management divisions. Grew the team to 12 professionals and took on first commercial construction projects.

2024

Infrastructure Projects

Entered road and infrastructure sector, completing our first LGED-specification road and drainage project. A key milestone demonstrating our full-spectrum capabilities.

2026

80+ Projects Delivered

Crossed the 80-project milestone with a growing portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and infrastructure works across Dhaka and beyond. The journey continues.
